Made In Florida

For Manufacturing Month 2026, FloridaMakes launched Made in Florida, a statewide campaign to show how much gets built in Florida. The challenge was that most people picture Florida for what it shows visitors, not for what it makes. The campaign needed one mark that would stand out on a billboard or a hard hat, and that any manufacturer, partner or sponsor could proudly use. Stormglass led the identity from discovery to delivery. We explored four distinct directions and refined the strongest into a clean statewide wordmark: "Made In" in Blaze Orange makes the claim, "Florida" in Deep Navy anchors it, and the state outline shows where it all happens. We then built the full system around it: endorsed, sponsor and seal versions, a campaign palette, type and icons, and a detailed brand kit. FloridaMakes went into October with one mark every maker could stand under.
