Kastries! came to us as a new home bakery with nothing, no name on a sign, no box, no menu, no system. So we designed the whole world at once.
Starting from a single script logo and a bitten-cookie motif, we built a complete identity: a K monogram, a four-color palette of mauve, pink mist, lavender, and soft apricot, a two-typeface system pairing Dancing Script with Ws Paradose, and a kit of cookie, cake, and cupcake icons drawn to behave as one language across every colorway. From there it went onto everything that matters at launch, retail packaging, a printed menu, apparel, and a market canopy, each one reading as the same brand whether it's on a box, a tent, or a phone.
The result is a bakery that didn't launch and then slowly grow into a brand. It opened as one: finished on arrival.
